Born and raised in Southern California, Nicolai Glazer was educated locally through Corona del Mar High School, and he went on to receive his degree in psychology from the California State University, Long Beach. Ever-rooted with an Orange County focus, he was for 20 years a local business owner servicing an array of companies in the burgeoning fashion apparel and action sports industry. Once competing as a semi-professional Surfer and 2nd Degree Black Belt, there is no question of Glazer’s commitment and dedication to his practice. An experienced homeowner and seller himself, Glazer’s commitment to his hometown goes far beyond the walls of his residence, stretching deep into the community and abroad. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Southern California Regional MLS and Certified Relocation Specialist. He has served for 12 years and is the current acting President of the Lido Sands Community Association. He is a founding member for the Newport Beach Board Riders Club. He is also well-known in the community for the Annual Holiday Food Drive he organizes to support the Second Harvest Food Bank, a member of Feeding America, as well as several community groups that he regularly donates to and supports.
